1. Signature

Use site link “Registration” in the website top part.

We recommend you to be registered with your real data, as the surname and a name specified at registration are printed on the e – ticket. Include your e-mail address and contact phone number (to make your prompt notification of the purchased games changes simple). The entered by you information remain confidential.

After registration, the activation email for your account will be sent to the e-mail. Click the link in the email to complete the registration process. After registration, please log in using your login and password.

2. Match selection

You can find the match of interest in the list of matches in the "Tickets" section. Clicking on the name of the match will open the hall layout and description of the selected match.

3. The tickets reservation

Choose the sector you are interested in. Marked in gray sectors are not available for sale. Clicking on the required sector the seating arrangement inside the selected sector will be loaded. You can return to the selection of the sector by clicking on the link "To the main view".

Places marked with a color other than gray are available for selection. You can determine the place cost by looking at the same color place cost in the price legend under the hall layout. Marked in gray sectors are not available for purchase.

To reserve a place, select an empty seat on the floor plan and click on it. The place gets the status reserved and changes its color to yellow. The reservation is valid for 30 minutes, try to pay for this time. After 30 minutes, the place will be automatically unloaded.

4. Preparation for payment

It is possible to check the match and seat choice correctness from the section "Basket". Click the Pass into a Basket button under the hall plan or choose appropriate section "Basket".

Carefully review the selected match and places. If you have a promo code giving a discount on the ticket, you need to enter it in the appropriate field and click "Confirm". If the promotional code is entered successfully, the price in the basket will be changed and the Promo Code field will be blocked for modification.

5. Payment

Click the "Buy" button to make a payment. Read the purchase rules and tick the box, then click the "Pay" button. Next you will be sent to the Uniteller server, where it will be required to enter your payment card information. This data will be transmitted over a secure protocol (SSL) directly to the Authorization Server and are unavailable to our store. The Uniteller server has a PCI DSS certificate, which guarantees the security of the Internet payment. Attentively fill all fields, including your card valid period. The system will inform you in case of successful payment. Within several minutes after carrying out payment in the section "My Payments" the status of payment will be changed on "Made" and also the electronic ticket will be available to downloading and printing. If payment is suspended or you have refused it, then in the section "My Payments" you can repeat payment attempt.

5. E – tickets

What is an e-ticket?

An electronic ticket is a personal document, provided in electronic form, in PDF format (document Acrobat Reader). It does not require exchange for forms in the exchange offices. The e-ticket file becomes available for downloading in your personal account in the "My Payments" section as soon as you have made payment and receive confirmation from the Uniteller electronic payment system.

Security measures with the electronic ticket.

Please note that the electronic ticket has a barcode, which is valid for a single pass to the match. In the case of photocopying your ticket by an unauthorized person, he can forge an electronic ticket and go through the access control system before you. It is in your interest not to allow the copy of the ticket. In case of loss or compromise of the barcode, we ask you to contact technical support by e-mail support-zenit@bileton.ru with a request to change the barcode. After changing the barcode, the ticket with the new data will be available for downloading in your personal account.

After payment of the order in the section "Payments", opposite to the registered payment, the link to file of the PDF format will appear - "To receive the ticket". If you order multiple tickets at once, one multi-page file with several electronic tickets will be generated. To open a file with electronic tickets, you need Acrobat Reader. Download the free version of Acrobat Reader here.


Using an e-ticket, the ticket attendant has the right to ask you for an identity document to verify the data of the electronic ticket. If you purchased several tickets for relatives or friends, you should be able to stay close to them as the ticket collector can demand verification with data of electronic tickets. At the single order of several tickets, one multipage file with several electronic tickets will be created.

Please note that Sbercards, Maestro cards are not accepted on the system.

Security guarantees

The safety of Uniteller processing is confirmed by the PCI DSS. The reliability of the service is provided by an intellectual monitoring system for fraudulent transactions, as well as using 3D Secure, a modern technology for the security of Internet payments.

Your card details are entered on a special secure payment page. Information transfer to the processing company Uniteller occurs with the use of TLS encryption technology. Further information transfer is carried out on the closed banking channels having the highest reliability.

Uniteller does not transfer your card data to the store and any other recourses!
